D’Faro 812 Villa

Our villa is a Muslim private villa and it is equipped with: 
 •Four bedrooms which can accommodate up to 12 people (two queen beds in two rooms while remaining are two single beds)
•Two bathrooms with heated shower 
 •A TV Hall (TV, DVD player and Astro Njoi are available) 
 •A dining area 
 •Kitchen with cooking facilities (fridge, gas cooking stove, electric kettle, cutlery set, rice cooker). 
 •Private pool
 •BBQ grill (guest/s may either purchase 3kg of charcoal for RM 15 from the caretaker or bring their own) 
 •Fully air conditioned bungalow 
 •Ample space for car parks 
 •Price per night:
  1. Sunday to Thursday: RM 680/night 
  2. Friday and Saturday: RM 780/night 
  3. Malaysia National Holiday: RM 880/night 

POLICY OF RENTAL (please read and understand this policy before booking)

•The check-in time is 3 pm and check-out is 12 noon. However, the check-in time may be extended to 4 pm for selected super peak season.
• RM 300 refundable deposit in the form of cash will be required upon check-in. A deduction of deposit shall be made in the event of damages or missing items from the bungalow.
• The number of maximum guests is 20 people. An extra surcharge of RM 20 per person is applicable if the number of guests reached its quota. Only those who age more than 12 years old will have to pay an extra fee. The fee shall be deducted from the cash deposit. 
• Guest who arranged for the reservation must be in contact with the caretaker once they reached the resort. Please provide the name of the person placing the reservation if he/she is not the first to arrive. 
• Guest is required to fill in the registration form and review of identification card maybe required, before check-in. 
•.Towel, extra blanket/comforter and mattress are not provided.

• The use of this premises including the swimming pool is at your risks and owner shall not be held responsible.

•Kindly inform if the guest wishes to held private function in the open area involving villa compound. Guests are advised to keep the common area and compound clean (including banner, sticker, decorating items) after the function. A cleaning fee will be charged if leftover remained unattended.

•Kindly provide a correct email address or contact number for further confirmation and instruction later.
