The Royale Homestay is a double storey Semi D house located at Durian Tunggal , only 5 mins from Ayer Keroh Toll Melaka. 10 mins away from Butterfly Park, 15 mins away from Zoo, Mini Asean, Wet World, Crocodile Farm, Machap Baru Walk......25mins to FREE PORT A FAMOSA OUTLETS SHOPPING MALL and JONKER WALK....etc,
The house is fully furnished. Comfortable place to stay for small family up to 10 pax. Car park space for 2 cars.

House Rules----------Homestay Care Rules & Regulations----
To help ensure a safe and comfortable stay for our guests, the Royale Homestay has developed a set of Regulations, based on the Terms and Conditions of the Homestay. All guests are asked to follow these Regulations. The Royale Homestay reserves the right to refuse to allow any guest who fails to observe the Regulations to stay at the Homestay or use its facilities, in accordance of the Terms and Conditions of the Homestay. Please note that the Homestay reserves the right to take other action as required.
1.) Regulations Related to Fire Prevention:-
*Please do not bring or use flammable items, such as heating equipment, cooking equipment, irons into the Homestay.
*Cigarette smoking is not allowed in the homestay. Alcoholic beverages and/or non-prescription drugs are not allowed at any time. No smoking in the room/ inside building's area.
*Smoking only allowed at balcony or outside the building.
2.) Security Regulations:-
* Register all your member's name due upon check-in. ( Incase for the police checking )
* Please make sure to lock all the door when leaving homestay or during your stay.
* Please use the inside lock and the safety guard of the main doors while you need to rest, particularly when sleeping. Should someone call on your door, please identify your visitor before opening the door. If the person appears to be suspicious, please contact us.
* Persons OTHER THEN those registered guests are "STRICTLY PROHIBITED" from staying at the Homestay.
*Above 10 Guest, we will Charge RM30/person, Maximum can add 4 Only.
The Royale Homestay reserves the right to refuse to allow any guest who fails to observe the Regulations to stay at the Homestay or use its facilities, in accordance of the Terms and Conditions of the Homestay. We shall reserve our absolute rights to re-sell the room to our guest(s) without further notice to you.
3.) Check In And Check Out Time:-
* The Royale Homestay Malacca operates on a strict arrival check-in and check-out policy.
* Check-In Time : 1400 hours ( Make a call or email us your arriving time before check in.)
* Check-Out Time : 1200 hours.* Latest time of arrival is 1800 hours on the booking date, failing which, your booking is deemed cancelled. We shall reserve our absolute rights to re-sell the room to our guest(s) without further notice to you.
4.) Prohibited Activities:-
* No Pets and animals, such as dogs, cats and birds (excluding guide dogs, hearing assistance dogs, and service dogs).
* Items with an offensive odor.
* Please avoid inconveniencing other guests with acts such as shouting or singing, or acts that similarly create a loud noise.
* Please do not carry out activities that alter the state of the Homestay, such as reallocating facilities or items in the Homestay, without the permission.

Full refund 5 days before check-in (except for Let's Go Holiday service fee)
NOTES* Refundable safety deposit of RM 300 is required upon check in.
