Overall this hotel is excellent in terms of cleanliness, location, parking availability worth the price. Will repeat in the future. Just because this is a new hotel, no breakfast provided and the staff said they might have a restaurant in the future. Staff Shida call prior coming to confirm. Staffs also very friendly Thank you
Stayed here for 1 night on 29/2-1/3 We arrived quite late when it was raining heavily. We got a call before arriving to confirm our arrival time since we were late. One of the staffs waited at the parking lots with umbrella to show us where to park and helped us to get into lobby without getting wet. Parking can be limited during weekend or long holiday. Hotel is brand new with nice rooms. There were plenty of family rooms. The room itself is not so spacious, but since they combined 2 rooms into family rooms, the space was enough for my family of 2 adults and 4 kids. Cleanliness is maintained and certain rooms has drawbridge view. Hope that they can maintain the facility and keep the warm and welcoming service. TQ
One of the best hotels in Kuala Terengganu with very reasonable price. Hotel was new and clean. They have free coffee machine at lobby. Super friendly staff and receptionists.. Will definitely visit here again..
Such a great hotel with good location. Very nice staff, upgraded my room to bigger room with draw-bridge view. Clean and spacious room, cold aircond and the best part can watch netflix. Surely will stay here again if visit KT.
Worth and convenient for a family stay. Easily accessible to many places in KT as this hotel location is quite strategic. Warm service from the hotel staff and definitely will repeat my stay when I'm in KT.
