We are a brand new 122 rooms boutique hotel located
inside the preferred large size shopping mall of Kota Kinabalu – Suria Sabah
Shopping Mall. Our lobby is on the 7th Floor accessible by car
through the mall’s carpark, and 8 elevators. Two elevators next to McDonald (at
Ground Floor) are connected to our lobby entrance.
Right in the middle of downtown, we are 5 minutes
from two international banks and the popular Gaya Street Sunday Market selling
wide diversity of local foods and handicrafts, potted plants and flowers,
fashion and many more other interesting items. To a difference direction, we
are 5 minutes’ walk from Jesselton Point Jetty with access to the “must
go” Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park consisting of beautiful pristine
islands
(Pulau Gaya, Pulau Sapi, Pulau Manukan, Pulau Mamutik and Pulau Sulug) ideal
for picnic, water sports, diving and snorkeling.

Stay there for 5 days with family. The location is great. The staff is friendly. The breakfast buffet is nice and local. But the access of the hotel is very weird. The hotel lobby is at level 7, hence you need to find the correct lift lobby to access it. Then take different lift to your room (My room at level 6). Besides that, carpet of room is very thin. Hence you can hear the walking sound on the upper floor.
I stayed at the Premier room, overlooking the harbour. The room was huge, clean, and has all the prerequisites for a comfortable stay. The bathroom/toilet felt like it was brand new. My only suggestion is that they should change the carpet to something modern and cheerful. The staff were quietly efficient and polite. The location of the hotel is perfect. With Suria Mall underneath, everything is available and within reach. And is walking distance to Gaya Street, the main market and the heart of town. All in all, a good hotel, albeit not luxurious.

I recently booked a stay here for 1 night and tbh I have low expectations. I was greeted by their friendly receptionist, Ms Kathlyn (sorry if I spell your name wrong), she was very kind and explain very well from A-Z in regards of my booking!! Apart from that, the room was also clean, perfect for a 1 night getaway I would say, not to mentioned they have Netflix which is a bonus! Their breakfast buffet comes with a lot of variety to choose from too! My friend enjoyed her Waffles, I even notice that they will top-up their food which is a good thing. Kudos to the management and every department team!! Will definitely come here again
so far it was a good experience for me. my room facing the sea view, not entirely seen but still can manage to watch sunset. well located and easy access to any places in town. clean and comfortabe. if i want to have a good rest and enjoy my solitude moment, it sure be in my list.
